2) Printed or picture copy of updated CEVA membership card. Please click the link below to obtain or update your membership or purchase a new membership.

CEVA MEMBERSHIPS

By registering for a RISE Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is received, there will be no refunds issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, Program cancellation, injury, absence, or non-participation.
2. Program Insurance: We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing insurance for participation in any RISE Program. Insurance can provide protection if an athlete or team is unable to attend a Program due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or emergencies, and may help recoup registration costs. While RISE does not provide cancellation insurance, we have facilitated an opportunity for you to do so through Vertical Insure. You can purchase insurance coverage through Vertical Insure during Program registration or by visiting https://threestep.com/sportsinsurance/
3. Acknowledgment: By completing the Program registration process, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

Team assignments will be finalized during the last hour of tryouts and athletes will receive their club package that details their team, travel schedule, team dues, etc. Once team assignments are accepted, contracts must be completed and turned in along with the initial deposit (letters of intent must be signed whether or not the athlete accepts their team assignment). After that is completed, athletes will go through the process of gear sizing and ordering.

National/Flagship: $150 off

Regional: $100 off

Local: $50 off

Payments will be due on the first of each month. When your athlete is placed on a team, they will receive a link to register with their team on tryout day. At that time, we will set up an automatic payment plan.

Under Armour uniforms and gear, practice/gym time, coaches’ pay, 10-13 tournaments (Local will 4-6 tournaments total and only travel in Rogue Valley)

All tournament travel (hotels, airfare, rides, etc.) are NOT included in dues. Families will be responsible for lodging for your athlete for all tournaments. If you are not planning to attend, you are responsible for making arrangements to stay with another family on the team.

Yes! We offer various different programs including camps, clinics, academies, private lessons, etc. Please see other programming in your preferred location's web tab. Other programs will not receive any RISE gear/uniform or attend tournaments. If your team schedule allows, you can join other programs along with being on an RISE team.

We are motivated to help each one of our athletes get connected with coaches and will help provide film, stats, etc. We are proud to say every athlete in our club that has wanted to play at the collegiate level has had the opportunity to do so and we do not plan on breaking that achievement!
